Free Trial

EmailResponder includes a 7-day free trial. You won’t be charged if you cancel during the trial period. If you don’t cancel, your subscription will start automatically at the end of the trial and the first month will be billed.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. You can cancel anytime from your account portal. When you cancel, a confirmation warning will appear letting you know that cancellation is immediate — once confirmed, your subscription ends right away and access stops immediately.

As a general rule, charges are non-refundable once a billing period has begun. However, we review the following on a case-by-case basis:

• Duplicate or accidental charges
• Unauthorized charges
• Technical billing errors

Digital Downloads

Downloadable digital goods are non-refundable once delivered, except where required by law.

How to request a review

Email support@skyntco.com with your order details. Including your Stripe Receipt Number (from your email receipt) helps us resolve your request faster.
