1. Who we are

SkyntCo LLC (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides the EmailResponder SaaS (software-as-a-service).

2. Using the Service

You must comply with all applicable laws and avoid misuse (including spam, abuse, or unlawful content).

3. Accounts & Billing

Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. You can cancel anytime from your account settings. When you cancel, you’ll see a confirmation warning explaining that cancellation is immediate. Once confirmed, your subscription ends right away and you will lose access to the Service. Billing is securely processed by Stripe, and we do not store your payment card details. 4. Intellectual Property

We retain rights to the Service; you retain rights to all content you create or upload.

5. Disclaimer & Liability

The Service is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to fees paid in the 3 months before a claim.
